Asif Kangarli was born in 1954, in Nakhchivan city in the family of teachers. A. Kangarli is the laureate of ¿Golden pen¿ and ¿Patriot of the year¿. He is a member of the World Peoples Writers Union. He was also engaged in pedagogical activity: worked at the Medical school, then, at the invitation of the rector, at Nakhchivan State University.
