Autorenporträt
Sasha Wilson is an LAMDA-trained actor, musician and writer. She founded Out Of The Forest Theatre in 2017 and has been creating historically driven feminist work that sometimes ventures in to the macabre. She has won numerous awards including an Offie in 2019 for Best Ensemble in Bury The Hatchet and the Broadway World Best Actress Award in 2018 for her performance as Juliet in Southwest Shakespeare Company's Romeo and Juliet. She teaches workshop series in taking a historical idea from inspiration to draft both online through Parts of the Main and in person at Rose Bruford. Joseph Cullen is a freelance writer-performer and producer based in Somerset. Joseph sits on the board of Theatre Orchard based in Weston-super-Mare. Joseph won Best Actor for short film 'Bath' at the Revolution Film Festival in America. Joseph has worked regularly with companies including Myriad & Co., Teatro Vivo and Les Enfants Terribles. As well as writing for Out of The Forest Theatre, Joseph has written two other plays; Gentle Tim and The Lock In, both of which have won Festival Spirit Awards at VAULT Festival in London. Joseph's one-man comedy show You Having Olaf? won him a Best Newcomer Award at VAULT Festival 2017.
