About the Author: Russ West was born in Marysville, Tennessee. After graduating from Marysville High School in 1996, he trained in warehousing and food service at the Tennessee Rehabilitation Center in Smyrna. He graduated in May of 2000 from Horizon School in Birmingham, and worked as a groundskeeper at the University of Alabama Birmingham from 2000 to 2013. The Birth of a Vigilante is Mr. West's first novel.
