Autorenporträt
After decades in the football world as a player, and later as a coach, as well as working primarily in the narcotics unit with the Waukesha County (Wisconsin) Sheriff's Department, Bob Brenner found himself breaking the scales at 448 pounds. From 2012 to 2013, he dropped 56% of that body weight following a faith transformation documented in his first book, "Live An Extreme Life." He kept the weight off and the transformation led to a successful career as a motivational coach and speaker. Today, Bob lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wife of more than twenty years, Kelly.
