MICHAEL LEE MORRISON was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. It was while creating mini-books in elementary school that he began to enjoy the art of storytelling. The joy only grew as he attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, where he received his Bachelors in Communications and a Master's degree in Education. After taking a hiatus from his craft, Morrison picked writing back up in 2014. Though he dabbles in all genres, action and adventure fiction remains his first passion. With an added love of history, he likes to incorporate a little of the past in every novel, subtle or not. Morrison currently resides outside of Richmond, VA with his wife and two kids. When not writing, he loves spending time with his family, cheering for the local sports teams, and is an active runner.
