The quantitative phase involves primary data collection from Generation Z employees in the EU to test the relationship between the sustainable practices of an organization and employee motivation and commitment. The qualitative phase involves structured online interviews with experts in the field to interpret the quantitative results further. The study's findings indicate that sustainability is not the only factor influencing Generation Z employees' motivation and commitmentat work. Other factors such as salary, personal development, work-life balance, respect, and responsibility are also important.
