The author of this book deals with research related to management and human resource. Among them, the most interesting topics are business culture, ethics and leadership. The author is a professor at the University of Kragujevac in Serbia, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism in Vrnjacka Banja, and he teaches Business Ethics and Principles of Management.
