Rod Canham has a diverse background having spent nine years in Naval Aviation and twenty as a professional diver and underwater photographer. He's had more than fifty articles published on travel for international dive magazines culminating in Hawaii Below, a guide book for diving the Hawaiian Islands. For the last several years, he has been immersed in studies on the Civil War and his great-grandfather, Robert's involvement with the Union army. the Artillerist is his story.
