He is the founder and CEO of The Encompass Group, a leading people-optimization firm based in Dallas, Texas. More than simply doing business, John Luke sees organizational transformation as a way to favorably shape the future of employment and is passionate about helping leaders create purpose-driven companies. John Luke is a graduate of Texas A&M University and pursued his post graduate work at MIT. He serves on the board of several non-profit organizations and enjoys traveling the world and creating new experiences with his wife Courtney and their four children.
