An adventurer himself, Spencer Hawke is writing the next two books in the Ari Cohen series. A fan of Ian Fleming's James Bond novels, the author was raised in the UK. After school, he took off for Africa, crossing the continent north to south. "So many adventures, so many lucky breaks. From escaping Idi Amin's Uganda, (some travelers never made it out), to crossing no man's land, to finally reaching safety in South Africa." He now lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he enjoys mountain hiking and volunteering for wildlife organizations.
