My name is Lori Bernish (Lori Bernish-Meier) and I'm the author of The Alligator and his Yummy Fish Dish. I wrote this story almost 10 years ago and finally found the perfect illustrators (Marcia Hale and her daughter Phoenix Hale) who are just as excited about the story as I am. I have been a singer, song writer for most of my life and writing books is just another way to show my creativity. When I'm not on stage, I like to find a cozy quiet place to dream up cute funny stories. It truly creates balance and fills my soul. I am also a permanent makeup tattoo and Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) artist and I have owned a salon for over 20 years. Keep your eyes open for many more books from me in the future.
