He Yaomin is a  professor and a doctoral supervisor. He is the former vice-president of Renmin University of China and enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. He is a national "Four Batches" Talent. He is a member of the evaluation group of National Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund, and Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund. He is also the director of NBS-RUC Research Data Center affiliated to National Bureau of Statistics and Renmin University of China.
