Business coach Roddric W. Sims wants your business to be a thriving venture, whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur or a business owner who is ready for change. The Four Es of Entrepreneurship: Exposure, Economics, Environment, and Execution is a guide that isn't afraid to ask hard questions to help you determine your business-ownership personality and if you really have what it takes to launch a new business. Like a personal coach in your corner, Sims outlines essential topics that every entrepreneur must consider in a series of individual "sessions" full of information gleaned from real-life situations. Read the sessions in order or start with the ones that grab your attention the most. Each session ends with a pointed question that will make you take a realistic look at who you are as an entrepreneur and your level of preparedness. The "takeaways" at the end of each section help you put the lessons learned into action. In this guide, Sims is a straight-shooting business coach who doesn't focus on best-case scenarios. He gets down to the hard truth of start-ups and business ownership to get you on a path that leads to success.
