In an attempt at contributing to this discussion, the writer of this book conducted a study to assess the use of television as a tool for education. Tsion Issayas is an educator, writer, and researcher in the fields of media, education and literature. She has an M.A. in Journalism and Communication and a B.A. in English literature. She is currently engaged in teaching at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
