Teenage pregnancy is a social problem in both developed and developing countries and it is one social issue of great public health importance which has received a lot of attention globally is the rate of teenage or adolescent pregnancy. This study was conducted to assess factors that influence the rate of reported teenage pregnancies in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The findings will help inform policy makers to further put in place measures to mitigate its adverse effects.
