This book is an analytical representation of cluster dynamics from the view point of an engineer. There are several interrelated factors, which govern cluster dynamics. Sometimes it becomes difficult to handle the problem with conventional operation research methodology. Particularly, in the analysis of non homogeneous supply chain, e.g. between organized sector and unorganized industrial clusters. Methodology to quantify the level of technology through thermodynamic concepts has been developed in this book. It is expected that, this method will be a helpful tool for the corporate sector to enter into a business relationship with unorganized industrial clusters.
