H. M. Canoatov nació el 10 de septiembre de 1980 en la región de Namangan, distrito de Yangikurgan. En 1998, se graduó de la escuela secundaria y entró en el Instituto de Ingeniería y Pedagogía de Namangan. En 2006, ingresó en el curso de posgrado del Instituto de Química General e Inorgánica. En 2010, defendió su tesis.
