Raw material composition of yarns determining the structure and properties of technical fabrics, relaxation processes occurring in yarn and in fabric at their operation are studied. The peculiarities of the formation and manufacturing of the technical tapes are considered. The improvement of production technology of technical tapes is carried out. A new system of weft insertion is developed. The tension of filling threads in the hook-grab during weft insertion has been theoretically and experimentally studied. Regularities of filling thread tension in the hook-grip depending on the coefficient of weft stiffness, radius and angle of friction of rubbing surfaces were obtained. Developed a device for determining the friction coefficients of rubbing surfaces. Considered methodology for building programs for the production of technical fabrics and a half, two-layer and multi-layer complex weave.
