This book presents an analysis of the critical points in coffee production in the northern zone of Peru, on which technological innovation opportunities for its competitiveness are proposed. The proposed research is based on a non-experimental qualitative study in coffee organizations in the provinces of Jaén and San Ignacio, Cajamarca region, Peru, whose research subjects were farmers, technicians and managers of the organizations, as well as experts in the coffee sector.
