Ruma Saha is at present Assistant Prof. of Economics at Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya, Tripura, India. She did her Ph.D. from T.U. on 'Impact of Technological Change in Agriculture on Health and Education Status of Women: A Study of Villages of Tripura' in 2009. Agriculture, rural development and gender dimension remain her major area of interest.
