Lisa P. Turner, ScD., has spent 45 years working in corporate business process improvement. She wrote her dissertation on the influence of structured problem solving methods on productivity and quality improvement levels in both administrative and factory personnel in electronics manufacturing. Turner holds a BA in English, an AS in Engineering Technology, an MBA in Business, and a Doctor of Science in Management. She obtained certification from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) as a Quality Engineer in 1984, and Six Sigma Black Belt in 2006, and teaches ASQ preparatory classes for technicians, engineers, and quality auditors.
