Evaristo Runança is Mozambican. He has a degree in Portuguese Language teaching from the Pedagogical University of Niassa. Master in Educational Management and Administration from the Catholic University of Mozambique. He was a Primary School Teacher from 1997 to 2007. Secondary School Teacher from 2008 to the present.
