Present study aimed to investigate the Teachers' role commitment in relation to occupational stress of school of Moga district on a sample of 120 teachers of schools selected randomly from the government and private schools. Results of the study were analysed by applying Teachers' Role commitment test by Meena Buddisagar and Occupational stress test by A. K. Shrivastava and A. P. Singh. The Descriptive statistics i.e. mean, standard Deviation, Coefficient of correlation were used and t-ratio results were graphically represented.
