Retired teacher Rebecka Vigus is an author, speaker, and coach. Ms. Vigus has been writing since she was ten when a teacher told her, with her imagination he would see her in books one day. She believed him and started writing then. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in English, language, and literature. Later she received her master's degree in reading and learning disabilities. She has advanced course work in educational leadership. She taught K-8 special education and team taught for several of those years. She has also taught at the community college and university levels. While teaching, she published the second edition of her poetry book and has gone on to write thirteen more books. She loves spending time with family and friends. She uses her leisure time to crochet, swim, hike, and travel. She lives in her forever home in Nancy, Kentucky amid the wildlife, cattle, and horses.
