Carlos Zanón (Barcelona, 1966) es autor de libros de poemas, de las novelas Nadie ama a un hombre bueno, Tarde, mal y nunca, premio Brigada 21 a la Mejor Primera Novela del Año y finalista de los premios Memorial Silverio Cañada, Giallo e dell Noir (Italia) y Violeta Negra (Francia), No llames a casa, premio Valencia Negra a la Mejor Novela Negra del Año, y Yo fui Johnny Thunders, premio Salamanca Negra, Novelpol y Dashiell Hammett, así como del libro de relatos Marley estaba muerto. Con Taxi (Salamandra, 2017), se ha consagrado como uno de los autores más importantes del panorama de las letras españolas. Acaba de publicar Problemas de identidad, una continuación de la serie Carvalho de Manuel Vázquez Montalbán. Su obra narrativa se ha traducido en Estados Unidos, Alemania, Francia, Holanda e Italia. Colabora como articulista y crítico musical y literario en periódicos, revistas y suplementos culturales.
