Autorenporträt
Charles E. Coulter is a retired teacher of African American history and a retired journalist. He provided most of the text for the permanent exhibit at the Black Archives of Mid-America in Kansas City's historic 18th and Vine district. He and his wife live in the historic northeast area of Kansas City, MO.
