Synthesis and Biological studies of 2H-Chromene derivatives, Enones and Chalcones have been divided into two chapter. Dr. Sabita Nayak studied chemistry at the Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, Odisha(India) and obtained her Ph. D in 2008  from the National Chemical Laboratory Pune under the supervision of Dr. M.K. Gurjar.
