The Book entitled "Syntheses and Biological Evaluation of Macrocyclic Complexes" deals with the synthesis of macrocyclic complexes of Ti, Zr, Eu and Tb metals. The coordination chemistry of macrocyclic complexes as multidentate ligand having delocalization pi- orbital has gained importance because of their use as models for the biological system in catalysis and material chemistry. This book gives an account of strategies that have been available in the literature for the information of biologically important macrocyclic metal complexes and highlights the feature of the past work which has…mehr

This book gives an account of strategies that have been available in the literature for the information of biologically important macrocyclic metal complexes and highlights the feature of the past work which has inspired us to undertake this study and their characterization. This book describes the antibacterial and antifungal screening of the selected macrocyclic ligand and their compounds against E.coli, B. subtilis, rhizobium. B. rhizobium,ESBLs. E. coli, nonESBLs E.coli,M. tuberculosis for antibacterial activity and F.oxysporum and A. niger for the antifungal activity using ciprofloxacin, streptomycin, and fluconazole as reference.
