Autorenporträt
Lesley Stephenson was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia. She studied law and languages at Sydney University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In the 1980s she made a career as an opera and concert singer, working with conductors and producers such as Pierre Boulez, Paul Daniel, François Rochaix and David Freeman. She has been based in Switzerland since 1974.
