Margaret Ngozi Okeke est titulaire d'un doctorat de philosophie en vulgarisation agricole. Elle est maître de conférences au département d'économie et de vulgarisation agricoles de l'université Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, à Igbariam, au Nigeria. Elle a publié plusieurs articles dans des revues nationales et internationales.
