Danelle Kressirer Matlack has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Cabrini University and an MBA from Alvernia University. Prior to becoming a stay-at-home mom, she worked in corporate communications and community relations. She is a food allergy awareness advocate. Her son was the inspiration for writing her first children's book, Alfie the Allergic Alligator Goes to School. She resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her two children and husband.
