Dr Lim Gee Nee is currently a lecturer at the KDU College, Penang, Malaysia, she is an expert in economy planning and development. Dr Lim has spent her years to explore sustainable livelihoods approach and improve poverty, this publication has given the future researchers further ideas on eradication of poverty and national planning.
