SDN is a new networking paradigm, which separates the control plane and data plane, for the implementation of flexible networking. The SDN controller is a logic centralized management entity that it collects the global network information from the switches and then dynamically adjusts the setting of the switches for the optimization of the network performance. Ming-Chin Chuang received the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, in 2012. He is a Postdoctoral fellow of Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. His research interests include mobility management, network security, VANET, and LTE networks.
