Peter Burgess is Professor and Chair in Geopolitics of Risk at the École Normale Supérieure, Paris, and Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Advanced Security Theory (CAST), University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Johann ¿as is Senior Researcher at the Institute of Technology Assessment, Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna, Austria. Rocco Bellanova is Senior Researcher at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) and Visiting Lecturer at the Université Saint-Louis - Brussels (USL-B).
