Abdominal pain was the main reason for consultation. The physical examination allowed the diagnosis to be made in the majority of cases. In some doubtful cases, we asked for para-clinical examinations (ultrasound in 28 cases, ASP in 60 cases and grouping/rhesus in all cases). The morbidity rate was 12.4% and mortality 6.66%.
