Supply chain management in agriculture is highly focused on cost minimization with quality and profit maximization by making use of timely inputs, information and inventories. Agricultural commodities are perishable in nature and characterized with inelastic demand. The ideal supply chain management in agriculture benefits both producers as well as consumers. Supply chain activities are high in case of vegetables than the annual crops because of the successive demand from the consumers. The study aims to find out and analyse the different supply chains operating in inputs as well as outputs side among major vegetables of Mandya District, Karnataka State, India.
