Dr. Fahd Rasul(gold medalist)completed Ph.D from South China Agricultural University Guangzhou China on joint scholarship by ministry of education Pakistan and Chinese scholarship council,worked on cultivation regulations of super hybrid rice.Currently working as assistant professor at department of agronomy,Univ. of Agriculture Faisalabad Pakistan.
