Na'ama Gal is a personal coach on issues of parenting, relationships, family, and personal development. Over a decade she has been helping others by providing knowledge and practical tools for the development and strengthening of inner listening and self-belief. It is Na'ama's second book, which is a training tool for parents. Her first book "Amalia's Journey - who is afraid to be afraid in public?" was first published in 2018 and is intended for parents and children from age 7 and above. Na'ama is a mother of four children and a grandmother of three grandchildren. She believes it is important to help children identify the feelings that arise within them, and to teach them how they are called, as well as to provide children with the freedom and the safety they need in order to express those feelings.
