Dawn White grew up in McMinnville, Tennessee before moving to Michigan where she worked and raised her family in the Ann Arbor area. Dawn was a college-level writing instructor for sixteen years, and then transitioned to roles in business development, marketing, and copy writing for software companies. These days Dawn can usually be found at her cottage on the Collins River near Rock Island State Park in Tennessee, where she spent much of her childhood. She now enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, Rob, her children, Emma and Jake, and her Boxers, LuLu and Belle.
