Produktbeschreibung
From contemplative traditions to scientific evidence. In many societies dreams have been considered as the door to another world, in which the predictions received through this means were considered sacred: prophets, saints and mystics have received teachings from the gods through dreams. In mainstream psychoanalytic trends, dreams are associated with the unconscious and have a therapeutic nature. With an amazing capacity for synthesis, García Campayo analyzes what lucid dreams are, and which techniques are used in each culture that is developing them, what they can be used for and what it is that modern western psychology contributes to their understanding? This is the first book in Spanish where all the existing techniques to develop lucid dreams are reviewed, their effectiveness is described, a progressive planning is proposed to develop them and an exhaustive analysis is made of how they can be used for our personal growth.
