Patrick Tocko Maloum es experto en resolución de conflictos internacionales, lucha contra el extremismo violento y contra la desertificación y la degradación. Ha representado a las OSC africanas en reuniones internacionales sobre el clima. Ha trabajado en la República Centroafricana, Costa de Marfil y la República Democrática del Congo.
