So this study tries to give clear imaging about the behavior of charged particle beam passing through bending magnet reaching to get minimum size of beam at the target to get more control on beam, which the study included building a computer program to study the behavior of the beam for the first and second order. Furthermore Study beam characters and magnification of this beam from the source reaching to the target. In this work, we trace the path of charged particle beam within the free field space and bending magnet which included the first and second edges, by using matrices and position vectors to describe particle trajectories throughout an system, where matrix representation deals with ion beam as a bunched beam and representing phase space ellipse for both horizontal and vertical planes.
