This work deals with investigations on stability properties and modeling of polymer thick film resistors. Polymer thick film resistors have been printed using thick film technology using a polymer paste containing PVC and Graphite. They have been processed (cured) and their stability has been assessed in terms of high temperature storage test, thermal shock test, humidity storage test and temperature coefficient of resistance measurement.
