The choice of using organic vs. conventional farming system depends upon a number of factors including the availability of land,3population density and associated demand for food, fibre, feed and capability of consumers to pay higher price for farm produce and it is more sustainable and does less damage to the environment and for minimum utilization of natural resources. By keeping in view importance of bio-fertilizers in sustainable fruit production a field experiment was conducted on sapota cultivar Kalipatti.
