This has significant negative impact on the quality of education. The politically appointed teachers also influence the quality of education towards a negative direction. This study has pointed some noteworthy issues which will attract the attention of the concerned peoples. The researchers, students, teachers, policy-makers and mass people will find the book worthwhile. The concerned authorities should take the issue as important. Further study can be conducted finding out the action implications.
