This book exposes the eating behaviors of university students in the state of Sonora from different educational programs. Much of the problem of overweight and obesity in the population is a product of poor nutrition in people. As for the student population, they tend to change their eating habits when they enter the university either because they leave their homes or because of stress or anxiety situations due to the new stage of their life or in periods of excessive work or exams. It can also be included that the economic situation can be a factor for not having an adequate diet. It may be thought that the students' study program influences their knowledge about nutrition and that consequently they have a better eating behavior, however, different studies have shown the opposite. This work is organized in case studies concerning the eating behaviors of students from different educational programs among which are: students of Physical Culture and Sports, Medicine, Psychology andCommunication, Nursing and Nutrition and Dentistry.
