David Emerson Frost is an NFPT-certified master fitness trainer, a rowing coach, a champion competitor, and an award-winning adjunct professor. After he completed decorated careers in the US Navy and business world, he founded Well Past Forty LLC to promote healthspan and lifespan for people in middle age and beyond. David earned a BS from the US Naval Academy and a master of systems management from the University of Southern California.
