The mismatch that takes place between the nature of the job, job demands, abilities to work successfully, needs and desires of the employees, it is to be mentioned that most of the stress-causing factors are related to the workplace. It observed that the poor working conditions at the workplace causing physical stress among employees that includes poor illumination, improper ventilation, high level of humidity, the unsuitable temperature at the workplace,physical comfort, lack of facilities, excessively long working hours, undisputable workload and so on.
