Therefore, research on how students deal with their stress levels can have important implications for higher education. Many students that undergo a considerable amount of stress while attending graduate school are education graduate students. The stress that students encounter are due to the demands associated with home, school, and/or work. This book, therefore, provides an insight on what stress-related factors that education graduate students experienced while in graduate school and the coping resources and strategies that they use to handle their stress. The analysis revealed that education graduate students experienced stress while attending graduate school, and they along with other graduate and undergraduate students from other programs, can utilize these coping resources and strategies from this book to alleviate their stress.
