The main aim of the project was to streamline the estate related issues to make the daily operations of ONGC smooth and more efficient. A research was also conducted on the issues which showed the satisfaction level of the employees pertaining to issues that are; housekeeping facility in the office premises, office equipment.

He is a student of final year MBA (HRM and Marketing)and has also done M.A. in Geography and is also a PG Diploma holder in GIS and Remote Sensing.He is also a writer, painter and a photographer. Recently, He presented a paper in IIT-Delhi International Conference-2012 held at Delhi.
